This baking kit does not require refrigeration.
How many tarts will one bag of the custard tart mix make?

What kind of dough should I buy and where can I buy it?
To prepare traditional pasteis de nata, you will need a sheet of puff pastry, NOT phyllo dough. You can find puff pastry in the frozen section of most supermarkets. Be sure to purchase the puff pastry sheets, not the pre-cut squares. The sheets typically come in packs of two, but you only need one, which should weigh approximately 200-250 grams.
What is the shelf life of the custard mix?
Our custard mixes are produced in small, made-to-order batches to maximize their shelf life. As a result, your baking kit will remain fresh and usable for up to one year after delivery.
Is your custard mix nut-free?
While our custard mix does not contain any nut ingredients, it is produced in a facility that also processes products containing nuts.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Our standard processing time is 1 business day. Once processed, most customers can expect to receive their order within 1-3 additional business days.
